You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to act on behalf of a business entity. CargoBridge is not intended for personal or consumer use and is not available to users located in the United States or Canada.

To use our services, you must register and maintain an active user account. You may sign in using email/password or through Microsoft or Google authentication. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your credentials.
4. Services We Provide
CargoBridge offers AI-powered logistics tools including shipment matching, route optimization, dashboards, and analytics. These services run on Microsoft Azure infrastructure and may be updated or modified as the platform evolves.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Use of CargoBridge requires a paid subscription, processed securely on our website. Pricing, payment frequency, and billing details are disclosed prior to purchase. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service.
6. Data Privacy
By using CargoBridge, you agree to our data handling practices described in our Privacy Policy. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
7. Acceptable Use

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania and applicable EU legislation. Disputes will be resolved by courts in Lithuania unless otherwise provided by law.
